No more than 25 business days after the application is submitted. Don’t postpone the appointment without a valid reason—it will take weeks.
How much does the care level cost?▼
Nothing. The assessment and application are free of charge.
Care Level 2 Instead of 3 – Should I Appeal?▼
File an appeal within 30 days. Include a new medical report or care log—this often helps.
When does the long-term care insurance start paying?▼
Retroactive to the date of application—so apply early, even if some documents are still missing.
