BAFA Heating System Subsidy

For housing assistance recipients who own their own home: Replacing your heating system can lower your ongoing costs and help you stay within the housing assistance eligibility limit.

Grant amount

Up to 70% of the investment costs (up to €60,000 per residential unit)
